Robyn Butler co-founded Solutions Management, Inc. in 2004, bringing to the organization a diverse background in public and private enterprise as a finance executive with experience in entertainment, hospitality and retail industries. Drawing on her experiences with start-up, turn-around and established Fortune 500 companies, Robyn oversees the strategic implementation of SMI’s mission: “Perfecting the Balance of Maintenance” by continuously evaluating client needs and applying the appropriate balance of technological, financial and human resources. Using her experience in manufacturing, retail and service trades, she designed and continues enhancing SMI’s customized in-house systems and TQM procedures leading to SMI’s consistent growth year over year, largely by quality reputation alone.
Formerly a CFO of Ancra International and Finance Manager at The Walt Disney Company, Robyn’s expertise ranges from core financial strengths (e.g., strategic and financial analyses, forecasting, budgeting and internal/external audit) to entrepreneurial vision gained through diverse opportunities including assignments in Europe, Asia and Mexico and the start-up of SMI in 2004. The result is a professional that understands the value of streamlined operations, proactive market strategy and technological advances balanced with fiscal responsibility.
A strong volunteer advocate, Robyn currently sits on the board of IMA Generation, a non-profit organization contributing to poverty-stricken schools with the goal of developing social, cultural and economic growth through community initiatives, and contributes to and supports local environmental and educational initiatives.
