The Problem: An SMI retail customer had a history of water leaks in one of their stores and consistent complaints by employees of a strong odor.

The Problem: The Cumberland River overflowed flooding the Opry Mills Mall in Nashville, TN and consequently causing an SMI retail customer’s store to close.

The Problem: As a result of a fire in an adjacent store, an SMI retail customer’s store quickly filled with smoke. The entire store including structure and inventory sustained heavy smoke damage.
